“Tugan elge tagzym”

Two bright and full of events days were spent by the participants of the local history research expedition “Tugan elge tagzym” of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Kokshetau in Mangystau region. The team of students and teachers of Aktau Intellectual School prepared an interesting program which was introduced to our students in advance, thus our students arrived with a research plan for their projects in the field of Biology, History, Literature, Geography and Art.
Our team was impressed with the impressive scale of the Caspian Sea, where the bright blue sky merges with the water and the horizon line.
The exhibits of the Mangystau Regional Museum of Local History, founded in 1975, told the students about the history, archeology, ethnography, nature and culture of the region. A botanical garden surprised the learners with the collected species of flora inherent to the climate of the Mangystau region.
Underground mosque Shakpak ata struck by its grandeur and history of origin. The unique white mountains of Akespe are the proof that nature has bestowed Kazakhstan with its generous gifts, the future of which has been entrusted to us!
