Book gift

      To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools Autonomous Educational Organization, the Kokshetau NIS team has planned an event called “A gift to a village school”, the purpose of which was to help replenish the book fund of the school library in Dongul-Agash village, Zerenda district.

      On May 25, on the day of “The Last Bell” holiday, our delegation visited the school of Dongul-Agash village with a pleasant mission – to present the books to the rural children and take part in the holiday.

A small rural school, where only 30 students study, greeted us with a cool and rainy weather, but the faces of the children were glowing with smiles and happiness, because they welcomed guests at their school. Grade 8 students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School Arailym Satieva and Dilnaz Yeslyambekova congratulated the students on the end of the school year, wished them a great holiday and exciting journeys into the world of books, whose heroes will help them to know the world and open new horizons.

In preparation for the event, teachers and students of the school collected and presented 455 books. School representatives expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
