Language Immersion Elective Course
Current elective course program is designed for 3 graders (immersion class). According to IEP, this grade is studying English the first year.
The purpose of this elective course is the development of oral language skills through the creation of conditions for active and creative development of the students and to stimulate interest in learning English.
Another objective of this course is learning through entertainment. It is very important in the first stage of acquaintance with the subject to arouse students’ interest in studying it.
The task:
- To motivate students to learn English;
to Increase vocabulary;
• to expand horizons, to deepen knowledge on the subject;
• to motivate students to use their knowledge and skills in the circumstances;
• to develop thinking, attention, memory, perception and imagination of the learners;
• to acquaint students with speech clichés necessary to communicate in real-life situations;
To improve the level of education provided for practical training of students in a playful way, the implementation of creative tasks.
